Billing Specialist AE

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on accurate invoice generation, timely payment processing, and maintaining clean customer account records. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support month‑end and year‑end activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing details including pricing, discounts, taxes and payment terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds and account corrections as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date billing records and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales and other departments to address billing issues.
• Reconcile billing data with accounting systems and generate reports for management.
• Support audits and financial reviews by providing required documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements while ensuring confidentiality.
