BIM Electrical Modeler – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join CNS Engineering Service in Dubai. The role involves creating accurate 3‑D BIM models for electrical systems and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural designs across multiple construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clash detection, generate clash reports and communicate findings to the design team.
• Coordinate multiple Revit models and prepare detailed design drawings for lighting, power, containment, lightning protection, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
• Size cable trays and trunking, manage containment coordination and overall MEP coordination.
• Detail schematics, support engineers in problem‑solving and coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical and plumbing disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting electrical works in consultancy environments.
• Proven expertise with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, Middle‑East building standards and LOD 200‑500.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
