BIM Manager - Data Center and Mission Critical

About the role

AESG is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital design and coordination for data centre and mission‑critical facilities across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Mission Critical, the role combines hands‑on model production with senior responsibility for BIM delivery under ISO 19650.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650, with authority to accept, reject or delay information deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project‑level BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans and review Task Information Delivery Plans submitted by design disciplines.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, including project setup, access control and workflow configuration.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts, chair clash detection reviews and coordination meetings.
• Supervise BIM team members, ensure quality of model information and oversee hands‑on model production.
• Support occasional building services projects such as hotels, offices and commercial developments.

Required profile

• Senior professional with deep expertise in data centre and mission‑critical facility design.
• Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary coordination for hyperscale data centre operators.
• Hands‑on BIM modelling and delivery experience with the ability to act as Lead Appointed Party.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and BIM standards.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 for CDE management.
