BIM Manager – Large Scale Projects in Dubai

About the role

CSCEC Middle East is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM coordination for newly awarded large‑scale construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for establishing BIM execution plans, managing federated models, and ensuring seamless collaboration among subcontractors, designers, and the construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and manage multiple subcontractor BIM models.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly BIM reporting, including 4D and 5D schedules.
• Create and maintain BIM execution plans from LOD 250 to LOD 500 and hand over to facilities management.
• Maintain and analyze federated models for coordination and clash detection.
• Communicate and resolve model conflicts, both real and potential.
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with technical and construction teams.
• Collaborate with designers, owners, and BIM service providers.
• Compile BIM close‑out documentation and support construction scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of BIM experience on building projects.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑discipline BIM environments.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
