BIM Manager – MEP (Tier 1 Contractors)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to lead BIM delivery for large‑scale projects across the UAE/GCC. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary models, ensuring clash‑free designs, and supporting digital construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation for all MEP disciplines and develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Oversee model development, validation, and coordination for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, ICT, Security, and BMS systems.
• Conduct clash detection workshops, resolve coordination issues, and ensure constructability.
• Manage BIM deliverables in line with client, authority, and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, planning, commercial, and construction teams.
• Monitor BIM KPIs, model quality, and project milestones.
• Support 4D planning, digital construction, and visualization efforts.
• Mentor and develop BIM Engineers and Coordinators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years BIM experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Lead role.
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 main contractors in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong background in high‑rise towers, villas, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use, airport, healthcare, or large infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Expert use of Revit MEP.
• Proficiency with Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Dynamo (preferred).
