BIM Modeler – CCTV, Access Control & Telecom (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support a rail and transport infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating, updating and coordinating BIM models for CCTV, Access Control and Telecom systems, ensuring they reflect the as‑built conditions and integrate with architectural and structural disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for CCTV, Access Control and Telecom equipment.
• Convert design and as‑built documentation into accurate, coordinated BIM models.
• Model cameras, sensors, access control devices, cable pathways, fibre routes and related low‑voltage infrastructure.
• Incorporate architectural interfaces and cable‑containment requirements.
• Review technical drawings, installation records and engineering data.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and issue resolution using Navisworks.
• Maintain model accuracy, revision control and documentation consistency.
• Produce model views, coordinated drawings and other BIM deliverables.
• Support final as‑built BIM models and technical handover documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings, model‑review sessions and site verification activities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Telecom, ELV and low‑voltage systems.
• Ability to work closely with CAD, engineering and technical teams.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability and UAE‑based residency.
• Willingness to attend site coordination as required.
