BIM Modeler – Structures

About the role

Parsons is looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in buildings and utility structures to join its Dubai team. You will work closely with BIM Coordinators, structural engineers and project delivery teams to produce high‑quality 3D models and construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the BIM Coordinator in day‑to‑day BIM implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models and associated 2D drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, reinforcement and structural steel drawings directly from the models.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural, civil, MEP and infrastructure disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination and constructability reviews using Navisworks and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with project LOD requirements, company standards and ISO 19650 digital delivery guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of BIM modeling experience in structural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Revit Structure, AutoCAD and BIM coordination processes.
• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
