BIM Modeller – Structural Revit Specialist

About the role
The role involves creating and managing structural BIM models for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with the design and site teams to ensure accurate and coordinated models.
Key responsibilities
- Generate structural BIM models from scratch using Revit and Tekla.
- Extract GFC (Good For Construction) drawings from BIM models.
- Review BIM models, identify errors and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Train and mentor other modelers within the team.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of experience in BIM modelling, particularly structural Revit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of site construction activities and an innovative mindset.
Required skills
- Revit (structural modelling).
- Tekla Precast and Tekla Steel.
- Civil3D and ACC.
- In‑depth knowledge of BIM standards and LOD 400 models.
- Quantity estimation using BIM and clash detection with Navisworks.
