Bookkeeper – Finance & Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bookkeeper to join Luxury Promise’s Finance and Operations teams in Dubai. The role will handle sales and inventory reconciliation, support accounts payable, ensure VAT compliance and act as a liaison between live‑show partners and the supply chain. You will work in a fast‑paced live‑commerce environment, contributing to accurate financial reporting and smooth fulfilment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile sales, inventory and invoicing across all business systems to guarantee accurate reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and load payments to support the Accounts Payable function.
• Invoice customers for live‑show sales and manage payment collection.
• Liaise between live‑show partners and supply‑chain teams to ensure end‑to‑end fulfilment.
• Manage Goods Invoiced Not Received (GINR) to confirm supplier deliveries against paid stock.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the Finance department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping, transactional finance or inventory‑accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System and transactional‑level inventory accounting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in prioritising workload and a flexible, improvement‑oriented mindset.
