Bookkeeper – Luxury Lifestyle Management

About the role

Elevate&CO, a membership‑based luxury lifestyle and experiential management firm, is looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role supports ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across property, travel and lifestyle services, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Create and issue client invoices based on approvals, scopes, BOQs or third‑party bookings.
• Process deposits, staged payments, variations, milestones and final balances.
• Manage commission invoicing for suppliers where clients pay directly.
• Monitor bank accounts multiple times daily and allocate incoming payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounts receivable records, ageing reports and payment receipts.
• Prepare weekly supplier payment schedules and process payments after approval.
• Track pre‑payments, refunds, credits and inter‑account transfers.
• Perform bank, ledger, card and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain job‑level financial records using actual costs only.
• Coordinate finance‑related supplier communication and collect required documentation.
• Ensure complete, auditable documentation across internal systems and shared drives.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial, reconciliation and VAT reports.
• Support audits, month‑end close processes and set up new suppliers in finance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts or finance operations, preferably in property, travel, hospitality or service‑based environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards setting.
