Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Branch Manager to launch and lead our new UAE operations. The role will oversee daily branch activities, drive sales growth, manage inventory and warehouse functions, and ensure financial performance across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations including sales, warehouse, inventory, customer service and administration.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and nearby regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with oil & gas, industrial, energy, construction and service customers.
• Manage branch profitability – sales growth, gross margin, expenses, budgets and reporting.
• Hire, train, coach and develop branch staff.
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing coordination, order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely using Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).
• Review sales activity, financial and inventory reports and monitor operational performance.
• Support outside sales, customer visits, quoting, pricing and account management.
• Maintain a safe, organized and professional work environment and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Communicate regularly with U.S. leadership on performance, staffing and market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of branch, operations or business management experience.
• Prior P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experience in industrial distribution, oilfield supply, energy, construction or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and customer relationship abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence (UAE licence preferred or ability to obtain).

Required skills

• Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP/order entry system.
• ERP/order entry systems proficiency.
• Inventory management and logistics knowledge.
