Branch Manager – Smart Infrastructure & Digital Transformation

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead Al-Futtaim Technologies' sales and business development operations in Abu Dhabi, focusing on smart infrastructure and digital transformation solutions. This senior position is responsible for executing the company’s strategic goals, expanding market presence, and delivering integrated technology services to regional businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic market penetration through comprehensive market analysis and development plans.
• Lead sales and business development for smart infrastructure (ELV, SSLV, ICT, BMS, BCA) and digital transformation services (contact centres, business applications, IoT).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Oversee a local sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue objectives.
• Adapt quickly to market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align local activities with overall corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in sales or business development within technology or related sectors.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of smart infrastructure and digital transformation markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
