Branch Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Branch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Kids Amusement Play Area in Dubai. The role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage, coach and schedule play‑area staff, monitoring attendance and performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean and child‑friendly environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve branch targets.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality or family recreation.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in well‑established retail brands such as H&M, Zara is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
