Branch Supervisor - Value Added Services

About the role

The Branch Supervisor for Value Added Services will lead a team responsible for vehicle polishing and tinting operations. The role ensures high‑quality output, maximises resource utilisation, and drives performance against key KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee VAS operations, meeting targets for sold hours, NPS, productivity and efficiency.
• Set and monitor performance goals in collaboration with the VAS Manager.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
• Supervise technicians, assess performance, and manage training programmes.
• Monitor work quality, quantity, time management, 5S compliance and employee attitude.
• Work with HR to recruit new staff and communicate company policies.
• Identify new service opportunities, expand the operational team, and deliver presentations on products and projects.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in a related automotive or value‑added services role.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse, culturally sensitive teams.
• Ability to follow and give clear instructions.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
