About the role

Join Concentrix as a Luxury Brand Ambassador in Dubai, representing top‑tier brands to high‑net‑worth clients. You will work on‑site, delivering personalized experiences in both Arabic and English across multiple communication channels. The role combines sales, customer service, and brand stewardship in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, e‑mail, live chat, social media and WhatsApp.
• Curate unforgettable, personalized experiences for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Exceed sales and CRM targets while fostering long‑term client relationships.
• Leverage deep product knowledge—materials, craftsmanship, heritage—to advise and inspire.
• Maintain utmost discretion and professionalism in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Support e‑commerce enquiries for all regional sites.
• Respond to basic after‑sales questions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or upscale hospitality with a strong passion for the luxury sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, high‑end hospitality, or premium customer service.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level) and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in timepiece, jewelry, or other luxury items is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
