Brand Experience Manager – Luxury EV Brands

About the role

The Brand Experience Manager will lead the planning, development and execution of experiential marketing programmes for Denza and YangWang, two premium ultra‑luxury electric vehicle brands operating in the UAE. Reporting to Al‑Futtaim Automotive, the role sits at the centre of the region’s electric‑mobility transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and YangWang, ensuring clear brand differentiation.
• Plan and deliver launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships and other brand events from concept through execution.
• Create personalised luxury experiences aimed at acquiring and retaining high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts and deliverables to meet brand and budget standards.
• Oversee experiential budgets, approvals, purchase orders, payments, spend tracking and post‑event reconciliation.
• Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal agency and OEM teams to deliver integrated activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience or events management.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium brand environments (client‑side or agency).
• Background in automotive, hospitality or lifestyle luxury sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple activations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
