Brand Manager - Asian Beauty

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Commercial Brand Manager to drive the growth of its Asian Beauty portfolio across the GCC. You will own commercial performance and brand execution for skincare and haircare brands, translating global strategies into locally relevant plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own commercial planning, sell‑in and sell‑out performance for the regional portfolio.
• Create localized go‑to‑market strategies aligned with global brand direction and market dynamics.
• Build annual business plans, sales targets and budgets in partnership with local teams, retailers and brand principals.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse market performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regional execution of new launches, novelties, activations and BTL campaigns.
• Manage A&P and marketing budgets to ensure focused investment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or commercial roles within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and agility.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global partners, key account managers, supply‑chain and retail teams.
• Passion for beauty products, especially skincare and haircare.
