Brand Manager – Retail

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the retail brand’s performance across all stores, ensuring operational excellence and strict brand compliance. You will develop and execute strategic business plans that drive profitability while delivering a consistent, brand‑aligned customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set margin guidelines by product area and analyse deviations to optimise profitability.
• Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Define store layout and product mix in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service and security standards.
• Train and coach store teams to meet sales targets and business plans.
• Construct, monitor and control budgets and operational costs for all locations.
• Enforce inventory accuracy, system integrity and profit protection procedures.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in retail brand management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for interaction with senior management and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude towards risk minimisation and policy adherence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
