Brand Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Operations Manager to lead and optimise creative production workflows for a major client in Dubai. This 12‑month contract role focuses on resource allocation, project prioritisation, and delivery across the Brand & Communications department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated production plans for multiple campaigns, ensuring realistic timelines and efficient resource use.
• Translate project pipelines into structured schedules and capacity forecasts.
• Monitor workload trends to identify constraints, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
• Own the central workflow system, providing visibility of project status, resource capacity, and timelines.
• Establish and enforce workflow governance, production standards, and controls.
• Allocate and rebalance internal and external creative resources based on priorities and deadlines.
• Resolve competing priorities with stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Track operational KPIs such as turnaround time, utilisation, SLA adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Create regular reporting and dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce rework and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production, traffic management, or brand communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in an agency or large in‑house environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and forecasting capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and conflict‑resolution skills.
