About the role
Deloitte is offering a part‑time Brightstar rotational program for final‑year university students. The role provides exposure to multiple tax service lines across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, allowing participants to develop analytical and problem‑solving skills while working on real client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through Business Tax, International Tax, Global Employer Solutions, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and Business Process Solutions.
- Engage with experienced professionals to gain industry insights.
- Contribute to client projects with innovative tax solutions.
- Develop a well‑rounded understanding of the tax landscape.
Required profile
- Final‑year university student pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and collaborate with teams at all levels.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing); bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
