Business Analysis Manager

About the role

The Business Analysis Manager will lead the analytics transformation for Etihad's Operations division, turning the airline's extensive data into actionable insights. This role focuses on building high‑quality reports and dashboards that support day‑to‑day operational decisions and drive competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that enable cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the suite of analytical tools, delivering monthly performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Research and propose enhancements to business processes using advanced analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders across multiple units.
• Manage user‑acceptance testing, system roll‑outs, and upgrades to ensure defect‑free delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards in a business intelligence environment.
• Proven experience in the aviation or travel industry, preferably within operational functions.
