Business Analyst – Construction & Technology (Innovation)

About the role

The Business Analyst joins Group AMANA’s Innovation Division to support the company’s construction and technology innovation agenda. Working on both construction processes and emerging digital solutions, the analyst helps translate real‑world building insights into repeatable, scalable methods.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse construction processes, physical building systems and assembly methods to inform product‑led initiatives.
• Document findings, gather insights from site operations, engineering, design, manufacturing and supply‑chain partners.
• Support improvement initiatives by applying Manufacturing Experience (MX) principles such as prototyping, testing, iteration and standardisation.
• Evaluate construction technologies and digital platforms, converting business needs into clear requirements.
• Bridge technology vendors and startups with internal stakeholders to ensure practical, relevant adoption.

Required profile

• Experience working within an innovation or R&D environment, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, design and supply chain.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on translating real‑world construction realities into systematic solutions.
• Comfort with guiding senior team members and contributing to iterative development cycles.
