Business Analyst – Wealth & Trading

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Wealth & Trading team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting processes and supporting the delivery of enhancements across wealth management and trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and document business requirements for wealth and trading solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development, QA and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
• Assist in platform enhancements, integrations and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Wealth Management, Trading, Brokerage or Banking.
• Proven ability to produce BA artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases, user stories and process maps.
• Strong understanding of banking and investment workflows, including onboarding, deposits, lending, statements and trading processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) are an advantage.
