About the role

As a Business Consultant specializing in hospitality, you will partner with hotel operators to analyse performance, develop data‑driven strategies and drive operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights that improve financial results and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current hotel results, present findings and design solutions to help hotels achieve their strategic goals.
• Collaborate remotely with clients to envision, design and deliver innovative business value.
• Provide strategic leadership across hotel functions, focusing on continuous improvement of people, systems and processes.
• Monitor operational performance, report on key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage hotel partners to frame business questions, develop solutions and interpret results for financial impact.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and follow‑on work.
• Lead conceptual direction, facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
• Mentor and coach hotel teams, sharing subject‑matter expertise to elevate solution delivery.
• Create project plans with timelines and deliverables, managing projects to successful, on‑time, on‑budget completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue, reservations or sales leadership within international luxury hotels.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the month.
• Strong influencing skills, both upwards and across stakeholder groups.
