About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Engineer to join Deluxe Transportation & Logistics in Dubai. The role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to identify new opportunities, win contracts and support the growth of our logistics business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers through referrals, networking events and cold‑calling.
- Develop and close business opportunities, ensuring successful project execution.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and upselling existing accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients via office visits, meetings, follow‑up calls and emails.
Required profile
- Mechanical Engineering graduate from a reputable UAE university.
- 1‑2 years experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in HVAC.
- UAE market experience and a valid driving licence with own car.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
- High business acumen, strong negotiation and target‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
- HVAC systems understanding.
