Business Development Executive – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the beauty and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Identify, contact and nurture key decision‑makers through phone, email and social outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage a personal pipeline, schedule field visits and perform cold outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with full ownership of the sales process and quota responsibility.
