Business Development Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the MENA region. The role focuses on IT services and solutions sales, lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through multiple channels.
• Conduct prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant IT solutions/services.
• Schedule and conduct initial client discussions and discovery calls.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams for solution positioning.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and follow‑ups in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and support the sales team through the closure cycle.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT services/solutions sales or B2B business development.
• Proven experience working with MENA/UAE clients.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
• Strong understanding of the IT services/technology sales lifecycle.
• Ability to engage with mid‑level and senior business stakeholders.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
