Business Development Executive

About the role

Now Health International is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with brokers, agents and financial advisers, promoting tailored health‑insurance solutions, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and market the company’s products to intermediaries such as brokers, agents and independent financial advisers.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and intermediaries, providing high‑quality support, answering queries and delivering product details.
• Develop, manage and retain intermediary client accounts, prepare quotations and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver presentations at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and other events.
• Liaise with internal operations to resolve queries promptly and keep up‑to‑date with competitor activity, pricing and product knowledge.
• Support the General Manager and Business Development Team with trainings, quotations, administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
• Handle renewal of existing business, convert direct‑sale enquiries and escalate complaints according to procedures.

Required profile

• Significant sales experience in the medical insurance sector (IPMI preferred, PMI also considered).
• Proven ability to analyse, identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Strong client‑management skills and a track record of delivering on promises.
• Full knowledge of the sales process and excellent written and spoken English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills across all channels and a positive, independent work attitude.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
