Business Development Executive

About the role

ALYAH is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. In this strategic position you will provide expert consulting to clients on finance, compliance and corporate structuring, helping them achieve regulatory accuracy and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analyses and present findings to clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate structuring.
• Develop and propose strategic business solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and assess business performance.
• Experience in consulting, preferably management consulting.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and building client trust.
• Understanding of finance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
