Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the business development initiatives of the corporate sector at Medcare Medical Hospitals and Medical Centres. Reporting to senior management, the executive will help drive growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in line with the organization’s strategic agenda. The role requires close collaboration with senior leaders to ensure that new opportunities are aligned with the overall business development agenda of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the business development function within the corporate sector, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the strategic objectives of Medcare Medical Hospitals and Medical Centres.
• Engage directly with senior management to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities that can contribute to the growth and diversification of the organization’s service portfolio.
• Maintain and nurture identified opportunities, overseeing their progression in accordance with the organization’s overarching business development agenda and ensuring sustained value creation.
