Business Development Executive

About the role

Sadaf Group is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth of its interior fit‑out and contracting operations in the UAE. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients for interior fit‑out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and partners.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with estimation, design and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Prepare business proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover potential projects and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the UAE interior fit‑out or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and interior fit‑out industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
