Business Development Executive

About the role

Wall Street Jr. Group is seeking energetic Business Development Executives to turn curious leads into long‑term clients. You will work on the phone, in face‑to‑face meetings, and alongside internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and contribute to the company’s growth across its financial education and investment advisory businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads.
• Lead in‑person client meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date CRM, tracking all activities and opportunities.
• Coordinate client onboarding with internal departments.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in sales, telecalling, business development or other client‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence in face‑to‑face interactions.
• Strong discipline to handle pressure, follow‑up diligently, and meet targets.
• Background in brokerage, banking, insurance or fintech is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or Arabic preferred.
