Business Development Executive / Manager – UAE Market

About the role

Praya Holding, a fast‑growing startup and diversified business group, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new opportunities across its multiple verticals in the UAE. You will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, focusing on revenue growth, partnership building, and cross‑selling across the group’s entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across FMCG, retail, wholesale, HORECA, IT solutions and other verticals.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Expand sales and distribution channels throughout the UAE market.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and close deals.
• Promote cross‑selling and upselling across group entities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
• Explore e‑commerce, marketplace and digital channel opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and client servicing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong network and relationship‑building skills within the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in distribution, channel sales or solution selling.
• UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset.
