Business Development Executive (Marketing Agency Experience)

About the role

Comma Media, a leading marketing and advertising agency in the UAE, is seeking a Business Development Executive with solid agency experience. You will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio across Abu Dhabi and Dubai by leveraging your network and deep understanding of agency services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts, brands, and clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Sell agency-specific solutions including social media management, branding, paid media, video production, and digital marketing.
• Utilise an existing network of marketing managers, CMOs, and business owners to generate leads.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Serve as the primary contact during client onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to account management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales or business development experience exclusively within advertising, marketing, or media agencies in the UAE.
• Strong, active network of decision‑makers in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle for field visits.
• Deep knowledge of agency pricing models, campaign lifecycles, and creative/digital services.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
