Business Development Executive – Sales & Client Relations

About the role

Wall Street Jr. Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Dubai team. You will be the front‑line voice of the company, turning curious leads into long‑term clients across its financial education, investment advisory and market intelligence businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound prospecting calls and generate new leads.
• Lead in‑person client meetings, presentations and onboarding sessions.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in sales, telecalling, business development or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong verbal communication, confident on phone and in face‑to‑face settings.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow‑up diligently and meet targets.
• Background in brokerage, banking, insurance or fintech is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or Arabic preferred.
