Business Development Manager – Adobe & ServiceNow

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth of Adobe Experience Cloud and ServiceNow solutions across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The role combines new‑client acquisition, partnership development and end‑to‑end sales execution within enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for Adobe Experience Cloud and ServiceNow services in the UAE and Middle East.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Adobe, ServiceNow and their regional ecosystems to create joint go‑to‑market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal solution teams and vendor partners to craft proposals, respond to RFPs and shape market strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution alignment, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Support alliance‑driven marketing campaigns and represent EPAM at industry events and partner summits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts and track progress against growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of technology or business development experience with a proven record of enterprise account acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products and ServiceNow platforms.
• Established relationships with Adobe and/or ServiceNow sales or alliance teams in the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Experience managing full end‑to‑end sales cycles, including solution design and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
