Business Development Manager – Apple Pay E‑Commerce (Eastern Region)

About the role

Apple Pay is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its e‑commerce offering across the Eastern Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to drive merchant adoption and create seamless mobile‑payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a strategic pipeline of prospective e‑commerce partners and payment service providers.
• Engage decision‑makers to communicate commercial value, technical feasibility and adoption pathways for Apple Pay.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, integration plans and go‑to‑market launch programs.
• Manage ongoing partnerships, delivering feature enhancements, strategic guidance and performance reporting.
• Provide regular updates on adoption strategy, partner health and commercial results to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Deep experience in online payments and proven success promoting payment product adoption.
• Strong knowledge of the e‑commerce ecosystem, payment schemes, PSPs and processors.
• Ability to discuss technical details such as iOS SDK feature enablement with partners.
• Track record of building and sustaining relationships across the e‑commerce value chain.
