Business Development Manager – Compliance & Risk Assessment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our Compliance and Risk Assessment services across the UAE. The role focuses on B2B sales, client acquisition, and building strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities in the UAE market.
• Identify and target potential clients needing Compliance, Risk Assessment, GRC, and cybersecurity services.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging compliance and risk requirements in the UAE.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in the UAE market with an established network of UAE‑based clients.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and closing B2B deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
