Business Development Manager – Contract Logistics (Warehouse Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client’s third‑party logistics (3PL) portfolio across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The role focuses on designing and selling warehousing and distribution solutions that meet the specific needs of B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in warehousing and distribution services.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within target markets.
• Conduct needs analysis of client supply chains and propose suitable 3PL solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality commercial and technical proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and senior management to ensure solution feasibility.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 6–8 years of business development or sales experience in the 3PL/contract logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B sectors such as metals, FMCG, oil & gas equipment, retail, etc.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
