Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will drive growth and expand the client base of our FX and CFD brokerage. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold‑calling and pre‑arranged visits.
• Manage daily client contacts via phone, email or in‑person meetings, ensuring each interaction adds value.
• Handle new retail and institutional leads, follow up diligently and retain existing clients through strategic engagement.
• On‑board new clients, meet acquisition targets and convert leads into active accounts.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals, strengthening the company’s market position.
• Represent the company professionally and recommend enhancements to products and services.
• Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms and the regulatory environment for FX and CFDs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
