Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

GWC Networks, a global leader in IT systems integration, cybersecurity and network observability, is expanding its presence in the Middle East. We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and partnership development in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the UAE to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, system integrators and OEMs throughout the region.
• Present GWC Networks’ cybersecurity, network observability and IT integration solutions to C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical scoping to contract negotiation.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities in the UAE and GCC.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in IT, networking or cybersecurity within the UAE/GCC.
• Established network of channel partners, system integrators or enterprise accounts in the region is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical solutions to business leaders.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
