Business Development Manager – Exhibition Stand Sales

About the role

ExproGlobal Exhibitions is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive exhibition stand design‑and‑build sales across the UAE and international markets. The role focuses on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with design and project teams to deliver tailored stand solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach exhibitors, brands, agencies, and corporate clients to create new business opportunities.
• Generate leads independently, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and exhibition objectives to propose suitable stand solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure proposals align with technical and cost constraints.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience within an exhibition stand design‑and‑build company.
• Strong knowledge of stand design, production, costing, and project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
