Business Development Manager – For Work

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Corporate team in Dubai to drive the growth of the Deliveroo for Work platform. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering revenue‑generating solutions for workplace food services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a robust sales pipeline across the UAE by prospecting and engaging senior decision‑makers in target companies.
• Utilise B2B lead‑generation databases, cold‑calling, email outreach and networking to secure meetings.
• Create customised pitch decks and commercial quotations aligned with client use‑cases.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, activation rate and revenue.
• Guide new accounts through onboarding, ensure smooth order experiences and collaborate with the Account Management team for retention.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline health and growth strategies using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker and AI tools.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives such as trade events, marketing activations and data reporting.
