Business Development Manager – FX/CFD (Dubai)

About the role

D Prime is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships for its FX/CFD brokerage services in Dubai. You will promote trading solutions, build long‑term relationships, and drive revenue growth across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing markets, acquire clients, and promote D Prime’s trading solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Identify client trading needs and recommend suitable platforms, services, and partnership programs.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition, trading conditions, and platform features.
• Research sales data, assess growth opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure high service standards.
• Deliver presentations, webinars, and platform demos to prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
