Business Development Manager – GCC

About the role

As a Business Development Manager for the GCC region, you will lead client acquisition and partnership growth for Libertex Group’s online trading platform. You will work remotely while collaborating with a global team to expand the company’s presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a GCC‑focused business development strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining clients.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading academies, and institutional clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and launch region‑specific campaigns.
• Represent Libertex at expos, seminars, and industry events.
• Monitor regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Track key performance indicators such as revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, specifically within GCC markets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in the GCC.
• Deep understanding of GCC market dynamics, trading behaviours and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
