Business Development Manager – ICT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our technology solutions company in Dubai. The role focuses on turning technology conversations into tangible business opportunities across enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new enterprise clients.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision‑makers.
• Identify opportunities and sell ICT solutions covering networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre, infrastructure, and managed services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop relationships with technology partners, vendors, and enterprise customers.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account growth plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ICT sales, IT solutions sales, or enterprise technology business development.
• Proven B2B enterprise sales and new business acquisition track record.
• Strong understanding of ICT solutions including networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Established network within UAE enterprise, government, or commercial sectors.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
