Business Development Manager – IT & Cybersecurity (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of our IT, cybersecurity and network observability portfolio in Dubai. The role involves building relationships with channel partners, OEMs and enterprise clients to position GWC Networks as a trusted technology partner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the UAE to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust ecosystem of channel partners, system integrators and OEMs throughout the Middle East.
• Present GWC Networks’ cybersecurity, network observability and IT integration solutions to C‑level executives.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical scoping to contract negotiation.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities in the region.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT, networking or cybersecurity within the UAE/GCC.
• Established network of channel partners or enterprise contacts in the region is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to business leaders.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
