About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive partnership initiatives and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships, and ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Develop new relationships with potential partners to generate revenue and support expansion.
- Maintain and grow existing business relationships to maximize ongoing value.
- Plan and coordinate projects, applying critical thinking to ensure successful outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–4 years of relevant business development experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful development strategies.
- Goal‑oriented and focused on achieving measurable results.
