Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive international growth for Azizi Foods. The role requires deep knowledge of our brands Brash and Hooper and the ability to represent the agency professionally while expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Business Development Director to define and deliver a new business strategy.
• Proactively establish new client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities by working closely with internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to defined new‑business processes.
• Contribute to agency credentials and marketing materials.
• Develop client proposals in coordination with cross‑agency teams.
• Lead new‑business and pitch presentations.
• Project‑manage pitches, RFQs and RFPs alongside internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the CRM system, logging all business activity accurately.
• Lead internal new‑business meetings and provide agency updates.

Required profile

• Demonstrates gravitas and leadership.
• Skilled at selling integrated solutions and managing commercial relationships.
• Proven experience in new‑business or marketing roles with a record of exceeding targets.
• Experienced in managing bids, tenders and pitches.
• Track record of generating and converting leads into revenue.
• Strong long‑term client relationship and presentation abilities.
• Ambitious, dynamic, energetic and relentless in delivering results.
