Business Development Manager

About the role

QHM Consultancies is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s advisory services in company formation, human capital, and business management by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business leads across target markets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business documents for potential clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings and follow‑up activities with both prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Maintain and report on sales pipelines, performance metrics, and targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within consulting or professional services.
• Strong ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.
